FAQs

  • -Having a clear intention on what you desire to achieve.

-Wear comfy clothes. Layers are great since the body temperature tends to drop during the session.

-Being gentle with yourself as sound therapy works on a cellular level and the body might need some time to integrate any stuck emotions being released and/or detoxing of the body. Staying hydrated and nourishing your body will help ease integration.

  • You should not have a Sound Therapy session if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy or have sound-induced epilepsy.

If you have a significant medical issue such as metal pins/plates inside your body, heart conditions, &/or mental health conditions it may be advised to speak with your doctor before receiving sound therapy or attending a sound bath.

  • Individual sound therapy sessions are held in the healing studio at Stephanie’s residence in West Knoxville.
